The Emory - Altoona

I love the spacious and high ceilings in my apartment. Outside of the apartment, I am thankful for the elevator and that a cleaning crew come through once a week to clean all the common areas. The hallways are very well lit and feel safe!

The saying here goes, "Love Where You Live!" I can definitely say that's the case for me considering I've been here for the past 5yrs! Amenities are great, staff is very helpful and personable here! Brittany the property manager especially, Amanda who has been filling in up front to help cover for staffing is fantastic as well, and Anthony the go-to maintenance man is super proactive and efficient! My experiences here through the past years have been nothing shy of wonderful. Thank you for all y'all do to make this place great! It's going to be tough to leave when the time comes!

Really nice apartment. I absolutely love the windows and modern design. The price is very reasonable, the staff is super friendly, and the amenities make living here even better. The noise from the neighbors could get annoying and the snow removal could be better but other than that a great experience.

Just toured and signed a lease at this Facility this weekend! Not only are we impressed with the apartment and grounds, however, we were really pushed over the edge to sign when we met Miss Molly! The professionalism and standards She upholds is simply impeccable! She made Me and my Lady feel so welcome and not rushed. But she went above and beyond in our opinion! We look forward to calling the Emory our home and are grateful to have such an incredible powerhouse lady in the Office!
