Oakland Pointe Apartments

I want to give a huge thank you to the maintenance team at Oakland Pointe! Chris responded quickly to my maintenance request and fixed my window promptly and professionally. From start to finish, the process was smooth. They communicated clearly, showed up when they said they would, and had everything repaired efficiently. It’s such a relief knowing that maintenance issues are handled quickly and with care. I truly appreciate their responsiveness and quality work. Great service makes a big difference, and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for taking care of it so fast!

I have enjoyed living at Oakland Pointe apartments for 6 years. I appreciate that internet and most utilities are included in the rental cost. So far I have not needed maintenance very often but, when I do, they are quick to respond and get the work done.

Friendly new management, everyone was nice and very helpful with the moving process. Some bills changed from last year to this year but other than that still loving the place. Had a few issues when moving in but the tech showed up and fixed them all immediately. 10/10 love the place!

Connor and Chris did an outstanding job on fixing our maintenance problems. They were very friendly and funny and did the jobs in a timely manner. They were awesome.

Once again, 5 star service i feel. I had an issue with the laundry system eating my $$, I got responded to very next day, with promise of refund. Well, it happened to be Friday, so I had to wait until for it to be resolved. No biggee, thats fine. Monday comes, and I get refunded more than what I lost, for my inconvenience. Connor was my maintenance person, and he went above and beyond the call of duty !!! Thank you very much !!!!
