It was nearly impossible to reach anyone for basic questions, and when I finally did, the responses were minimal and unhelpful. I brought up my Emotional Support Animal, who is protected under Fair Housing laws, and was told he was a restricted breed. I’ve previously rented and toured at other apartments that permitted him with my ESA documentation, regardless of breed or weight. This shows a clear lack of understanding of housing regulations and a disappointing level of customer service. I’ll be renting elsewhere.
