The Elms at Germantown

I am a new resident. The admin staff was great. They clearly explained how to access the amenities, how things work, and made sure I was welcomed. The maintenance team responded quickly and professionally to my short list of requests and the apartment was perfect in no time. I have met several neighbors already and everyone is friendly. I expect to be very happy in my new home.

My partner and I applied for an apartment at The Elms and provided every document and qualification they requested. Despite meeting all stated requirements, our application was denied after a two-week wait with no clear explanation. We repeatedly asked for the specific reason but received only vague responses. This lack of transparency and communication caused us significant stress and frustration. Apartment communities should treat prospective residents fairly and provide clear, written reasons when declining an application. Our experience did not reflect the professionalism we expected.

The Elms at Germantown is wonderful. The staff and maintenance are very organized and pleasant to work with. There is a stress-free leasing and living. The place is a peaceful beauty with a great pool, park, and events. Everyone there is friendly and give a delightful experience! For the whole time we've been here, we have no regret choosing this perfect community to be in. It's also a convenient place to live since the schools and shops are nearby. Overall, if you need a lovely neighborhood to live, go to the Elms at Germantown!

We've had a fantastic experience living at The Elms Germantown apartments! The leasing office staff is friendly and helpful, while the maintenance team is quick, knowledgeable, and efficient.We have worked with John from leasing and Walter from maintenance and they both are great with awesome customer service skills. The location is ideal - central, quiet, and safe. As a resident, I do have a few suggestions to take these 'luxury' apartments to the next level: - Upgraded playground for kids - Gym renovation with newer equipment - Easier access to trash compactors, especially on the leasing office side Overall, we're thoroughly enjoying our stay here and appreciate the team's hard work!

An elegant apartment home community in Germantown. Residents seem to be generally pleased. According to their website, “As one of Montgomery County’s premier apartment communities, our one-, two-, and three-bedroom Germantown apartments showcase the ideal balance of style and functionality. Our homes were designed with you in mind, with a great location just around the corner from shopping, dining, major employers, and commuter routes. Appears to be conveniently located, in a nice area, and plenty of parking. Worth considering if looking for an apartment home in the Germantown or surrounding areas.
