The Element Apartments

I lived here for 2 years, 2024-end of 2025. It’s a great place to live. It’s gated, and very safe. I walked around to take my trash out at 2 am sometimes or go to the gym late and never felt weird ever. The mail room is safe, I never had a package fail or mysteriously not show up. The gym is awesome and pretty spacious, open 24 hrs. The pool is really nice and all the lounge areas are relaxing. The apartment itself is beautiful, comes with all amenities and washer and dryer right in your apartment. You can walk to the shopping center and eat at several different restaurants or shop around, I really liked that. I lived here for 1 year and 9 months and had an enjoyable experience. The place is clean and organized. I appreciate the many amenities including but not limited to the gated, controlled access, 24 hour gym access, package lockers, and clubhouse. It’s family friendly, safe, and beautiful area to live in. Shout out to Arcelia and Marisela for being awesome manager and leasing agent at the complex. They are quick to respond to any questions, helpful and pleasant with any interaction. I fully recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

My stay at this apartment has been excellent. The place is very clean, comfortable, and cozy, with a nice and well-kept decor. The location is convenient and safe, with easy access to shops and transportation. The amenities are high quality and everything works perfectly. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

It’s been a couple months since I’ve moved out but I will have to say, one of the best FIRST experiences living in a huge apartment complex. Arcelia and her team were always so helpful and friendly. I definitely think the community events that they host is such a thoughtful touch. They maintain the apartments cleaned quite often, and the common areas are always taken care of. The apartment building is nice but the staff who is in charge on this apartment complex is disrespectful. I had a delivery once to deliver to one of my customers at the Element Apartment however as ive parked my vehicle at the front office because there was one space left and as ive was getting the customers package this one lady who has a white dog was following me video taping me without my primission she told me that what I'm doing here thati should leave the property I don't belong here well it's unacceptable for her to act in a terrible behavior also she claims to be the property manager as she was following me to the customers unit I don't feel comfortable to come to this place again and as I do have some friends that are looking to live in Manteca I wouldn't recommend living here as
