I recently toured Paseo Villas Apartments and had such a great experience. Yasmin, the leasing agent, was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, she made it feel like I already lived there. She was warm, honest, and genuinely funny — the kind of person who makes the entire process feel easy and comfortable. It didn’t feel transactional at all; it felt personal. Where to start…. I moved out of this place about a year ago. Still have friends who live there and can confirm things are no better. We lived here for about 8 years. Moved in at the beginning of 2016, things were okay. Over the years we watched this place become worse and worse. The security is a joke. The “heavy set” guard puts her ears up to doors and listens to random units. I’ve seen this first hand. She will kick you out of common area for not having passes and scream at kids on bikes and scooters. The parking is atrocious. Seriously. If yo get home after 8pm, good luck finding parking close to your unit. Drive to the back and start walking. We were fortunate enough to never have any break-ins or rims stolen but I’ve seen the aftermath countless times. The cameras don’t work either.

Their experience, knowledge on everything help me with my application process . 10stars rating. This is my first apartment ever and they made it quick and simple for me. I can’t thank them enough. I also wanted to thank Yazmin for helping me and providing me info that would have saved me time, money, stress and with my mental help. She know what I mean.
