The Atherton Apartments

I toured this property over the weekend and had such a great experience! Ari, the property manager, was incredibly helpful, honest, and truly the nicest person. The property itself is beautiful and very well-maintained. I don't usually leave reviews, but I just had to share how wonderful my visit was! =)

Stayed here for almost 3 years. Amazing new apartments and a great secure community. Really enjoyed my stay here and the Leasing office is staff and Maintenance staff were super attentive and friendly and helped me solve trivial problems that usually come up, during my stay. Spacious apartments and I stayed at the ground level. The balcony and walkway around the apartment were amazing. Fire place and a luxurious swimming pool with a Jacuzzi were cherry on top! From start to finish, my experience with this apartment complex has been nothing short of wonderful. The entire team was incredibly kind, accommodating, and genuinely caring. All interaction was met with warmth, patience, and professionalism, which made what can be a stressful process. They went above and beyond to make sure it was a awesome experience. And that makes all the difference. I am so grateful to be moving into a community like this and couldn't recommend this complex and staff more highly where you are treated with respect, kindness .You are Lucky to have this team. I am obsessed with my apartment and complex. This was the best decision I could have made for commuting to Kaiser P Modesto work. I usually go against traffic which is so nice. I love the location and I love the amenities. The gym is my favorite amenity. It’s huge and has even a stair master. Usually does not get too crowded and neither does the pool! It’s awesome. My apartment is also very quiet and I haven’t run into any parking issues or noise issues. Laura was a rockstar during the application process. 👌🏼

ProTip: Get a PO Box This (photo) is what you get when your package is stolen from the "secured" mailroom they rave about when you tour the apartment complex. Kinda like how they rave about it being so quiet, but people blast their music in the parking lot and move heavy furniture above me in the middle of the night. Luckily, a friend is letting send my packages to her address instead. I never imagined paying almost $2,000 in rent + utilities for a studio and still having to pick up my mail elsewhere. How sad is that?
