This Company is NOT looking after their tenants, they DO NOT provide #CustomerCARE and DO NOT have ANY responsive contact details for their leasing's #Complaints to resolve the issues raised by the tenants. They have leased an UNINHABITABLE unit in Centreville, VA that is infested with Cockroaches to my parents. My both siblings found out before they move in our parents who are seniors on low income and with stroke disability, and severely compromised immune system. My siblings observed MANY ROACHES upon several visits and handed in the key to the local manager and requested the lease to be cancelled AND FOR THEIR REFUND. But they have not been responsive and have not refunded anything yet while my parents do not have any extra money and any savings, THIS COMPANY HAS KEPT MY PARENTS' M

This company just started managing Santa Ana Apartments in St. Ann, Missouri. These apartments were advertised as apartments for seniors over 55 with semi-assisted living needs. It was like that until this company took over. There was no written notice of the change in ownership/management given to tenants, when this company bought the property. They fired all the staff that was in the building previously, without replacing them. There are people in wheelchairs in a 15-story apartment building that need assistance and they no longer can get it, thanks to the way this company manages properties. It is disgraceful. They are using predatory practices to take advantage of elderly poor/low-income renters, many of whom are disabled. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! They do not care about their ten

This company Is a slum lord operation. The management is garbage. They let people under 50 live there and are not caregivers. But won't let My girl friend live their. They discriminate against Jewish people. They target white people.

Missouri Real Estate Commission should shut them down - unresponsive, poor management all around.
