Patrick and his team at Ascend are great. They were responsive and helpful as we moved in and began the lease, but have also proven to advocate equally for their tenants and landlords in a logical way. Looking forward to working with them for the future.

My husband and I have had a wonderful experience working with Ascend to rent our house in Cape Elizabeth, ME. We had never worked with a property management company before and were a bit nervous about the process of getting our house rented, but it's been such a smooth process. They are very professional, communicative, and attentive. They have been on top of everything and are also just a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them for anyone!
