They were able to find an appraisal in a single weekend when the previous company couldn't find one in over 3 weeks. The whole team from beginning to end made our lives so much better. My husband and I recently closed on our house with help from Dawna and Valerie and we are so happy with how things went! The whole process was very smooth from start to finish and so much less stressful than we ever thought buying a house could be! Dawna and Valerie were just great. Kind, helpful, hardworking, and always very quick to answer questions and help with any concerns we had. Everything was straight forward and easy to understand, and we loved the online tools to keep us up to date on each step! Great experience! :)

Very disappointed with our experience with RMS. We are relocating 10 hours away and we wanted to be pre-approved before we went out to look at homes. We provided all documents requested and waited. We did this 4 days before arriving in Maine. We did not hear any response back from Jon. We left Maine and headed back home, and I waited a week before reaching back out to see how everything was going. His response was “I’m sorry for not reaching out sooner” and he proceeded to tell us we would be approved for less than expected and he “recommends” renting until fall. First of all, I should not have had to reach back out to get a response an entire week later. Second, we wasted a trip to Maine to look at homes where we could have worked with someone else and gotten a quicker response. And third

Jon and his team were so easy to deal with for my mortgage. Everyone is very pleasant and professional. Jon had excellent advice as I am from out of state and did not know the area well. I certainly highly recommend Jon and his team for your mortgage process. You can't go wrong.

Hands down the best there is. Tirelessly addressed my concerns and questions throughout the process. Extremely knowledgeable about VA home loans and found a way to make everything possible for the successful purchase of our house. Chuck has great wisdom in his job and guided me through some tough decisions with his vast wisdom. I can’t wait to work with him again.
