Kristeen was phenomenal in helping me navigate the possibility of buying out the co-owner of my old house, and then the sale of that home and the purchase of my new home. All of my questions received quick, thorough answers, without an overwhelming amount of info. When I did ask for exhaustive details at certain points, Kristeen was able to quickly produce them and discuss them with me over the phone. This was not my first home purchase but it went smoother than ever before, thanks to Kristeen as well as the work of a real estate agent to whom she was able to refer me at the appropriate time.
