The Dylan Apartments

I currently live here, worst apartment experience I’ve ever had my ex girlfriend moved out at the end of August along with her 2 cats. I have been asking management for 5 months to take the cats and parking spot off my bill. 5 MONTHS!!! I have called the office walked in directly even had my ex girlfriend call them everytime we get told they will fix it right away. Not a single thing has been done about it. They do not care about you as an individual, to them you are a check and that’s it I hope they see this because maybe something will finally get done if I make this aware to other residents and potential tenants. If I could give this place 0 stars I would if you are looking to rent here stay far far away there are much better places for much cheaper!

Very disappointing living experience My experience at this property has been extremely unsatisfactory. There appears to be a high turnover rate in the leasing office, and any capable staff members do not seem to remain employed for long. The common areas, including the hallways, frequently smell of marijuana, and the underground parking garage often carries a strong odor of garbage and is consistently infested with fruit flies. The outdoor waste bins intended for pet waste are routinely overflowing, and trash can often be found scattered throughout the property. Maintenance requests take an unreasonably long time to be addressed, often requiring several days or even weeks before resolution. I have lived at The Dylan in my 2br 2ba apartment for almost 4 months now, and I absolutely love it! It is a smaller building, the neighbors are quiet and respectful, and it really feels like home. My apartment is spacious, clean, and modern. I have had nothing but pleasant encounters with site management. Stacey was very welcoming when I first moved in. Chantelle is absolutely wonderful, personable, and kind. She is always present in the office and acknowledges us with a greeting every time we walk by. When she is not in the office, she is always responsive to messages in a timely manner. I appreciate that she is communicative, actionable, and always follows through. This place is horrible!!!! The management Here is terrible!! The office staff is never in their office when you need them to be, when you want to ask questions they are never there!! The office staff lies alot!! They will tell you one thing and then tell Management anything!! Whenever I get packages and they are lost the office staff never even try to help you even though it says things are delivered in a locker system!! I always get my packages stolen whenever I lived here!! They make you feel miserable and they don't want to work with you as a resident!! They charge you for just breathing in the apartment. The price is ridiculous! Thanks for pricing out new families ! There is nothing you even offer and you should have never built or put your apartments at this building , WE ARE NOT THE CITIES, and where is your amenities to compensate for the price gouges ? Plus your management is horrible !! Hopefully this place goes under.
