I had to wait til after the one year mark to write my review. Homes Plus did an excellent job from the beginning to the end. They build a high quality home at a reasonable price. Their staff is very professional and experienced. Wil was always on top of things at the job site, and Tiffany did great handling all the my questions and change requests. While most of the change requests I had were simple, is still required great communication to all the subs to ensure that they were kept up to date. As with all new construction, there are issues that come up and have to be dealt with. No new construction project goes perfect. When it was all said and done, all of these issues were resolved. Homes Plus was very helpful and accommodating while building our forever home. Everything ended up being perfect. Any issues they fixed in a very timely manner and even made design changes throughout the process for our specific needs. They’re customer service rep was at the site often and even helped with the projects we took on ourselves. Can’t say enough good things about this small, family owned company.

The team at Homes Plus is second to none. While building our dream home they were attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and very affordable. We were going through the building process with Homes Plus , we paid them $450 for a rough draft of our home. We selected Homes Plus out of four other builders, we decided on them do to their quality and price and we really liked the builders agent. We own our lot and were literally just going to give them the $75,000 cash upfront money they requested and the builder representative calls me and says they are no longer interested in building us our home. We were absolutely shocked and disappointed , their explanation was they couldn't get their subs to come to Watertown, yet they are building our neighbors house, I really have a hard time believing that's the real reason, they have left us high and dry and very deflated and now we are completely starting over. Very disappointed in Homes Plu

Many new homes to pick from and we did go with Homesplus. Any issues we did Have they were 100% prompt and project manager Wil was on it!! Very impressive!! Highly recommend!
