M/I Homes Lakeshore Park

My husband and I had an amazing experience with MI homes and Derek. We had looked at other new build properties in the surrounding neighborhood and the welcoming of Lakeshore parks by Derek was superb. I remember the first time meeting Derek and he gave us such a welcoming presence we started the process that day of building our home. Derek always sent us updated pictures of how the progress was going throughout our journey, which we appreciated so much. Our construction manager of MI homes, Brett Stitch was also a pleasure to work with. Our overall experience with MI homes and the people have been great! We are super excited to live in this beautiful quiet neighborhood. Oh and an extra bonus of an outdoor community pool. We are really happy!
