Living at The Dunes Apartments has been an amazing experience! The location can’t be beat — just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet still peaceful and private. The community is always clean and beautifully maintained, with a relaxing coastal vibe. The management team is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about residents. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication is great. The pool area is spotless, and the landscaping gives the whole property a resort-like feel. My apartment is spacious, bright, and comfortable, and I love how quiet and safe the neighborhood feels. If you’re looking for a place near the beach that truly feels like home, The Dunes Apartments is it!

Some of the worst communication I have ever experienced has been from the office staff at the dunes. The vendors they use do not properly go about notifying management when they need to enter units. PRS plumbing specifically was given a key to my unit and they just walked in unannounced while I was home getting ready. Water has been turned off for entire day (8am-5:30pm) without any prior heads up, leaving it impossible to do laundry needed, shower, do dishes as planned. With better communication and a prior heads up I could plan accordingly, but they don’t know what that is here. The convenience of location and not wanting to rush a move is the only thing that keeps us here. Multiple calls have been made to office regarding this with 0 improvement. New Management is doing an amazing job refurbishing buildings and the remodeling of apartments are GORGEOUS! You can tell they actually care about the property by all the work that has been done. The pool is renovated and a 24/7 gym is always a plus! Jennifer the new Manager, Wendy & Kelly in the office are always helpful and doing a great job bringing residents together in the community by hosting events and finding creative ways to make our community feel like home. Maintenance team Keith, Peter, and Josh are wonderful and efficient in quickly resolving work orders in a timely fashion while upkeeping the grounds of the property. Pricing is fair and affordable for the area, especially for being minutes from the beach and being pet friendly! So many shops and restaurants are conveniently

I’ve lived at The Dunes Apartments for a while now, and the recent renovations have completely transformed the property! The updates are beautiful — from the modern finishes to the outdoor spaces, everything feels fresh, clean, and upscale. The management team has done an excellent job making this a place residents can truly be proud to call home. It’s peaceful, well-maintained, and such a great community to live in. Highly recommend!

We just moved in last month and love the apartment! When choosing where to move we wanted to be beachside and near all of our favorite spots. Having a newly renovated pool and a 24 hour gym were just a bonus. The best part about The Dunes is the amazing staff. Wendy is so welcoming in the office and made our moving experience a breeze. Keith and Sam with the maintenance team and Brian with pest control are just as exceptional when responding to requests. Definitely consider The Dunes when touring the area. ☀️🌊🏖️
