Vetra Indian Harbour Beach

Quiet, neighborly, and close to everything without feeling busy or crowded. It’s super easy to get to the beach, parks, and local spots from here. The apartments feel modern and comfortable, and the office staff and maintenance team are friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. The only things I’d really like to see updated are the parking areas/internal roads, landscaping, and mailboxes—if those were refreshed, the outside would fully reflect how great it feels to live here.

I was forced to delay my move-in by an entire week due to misrepresentation of the unit, only to discover my "newly refurbished" apartment—allegedly professionally cleaned—is overrun with bugs crawling across every surface and onto my body. Given that I am paying premium rent for what was advertised as a newly refurbished unit, I expect this matter to be rectified immediately and appropriately.

The office staff is so friendly! Alysha was super helpful with the move in process & any questions we’ve ever had since move in. It’s also super cool that they have food trucks come and events at the office!

All reviews posted before April 2025 refer to the previous ownership of The Pines Resort and Apartments. The former owners cared deeply about the property, its residents, and the surrounding wildlife, maintaining a clean, safe, and peaceful environment. Since the new owners took over, the situation has undergone drastic changes. During the ongoing remodel, they have been allowing construction crew members to live rent-free in unfinished and uninhabitable units...units with exposed wiring, missing windows, no air conditioning, and other major safety hazards. These units are clearly not up to code, making this arrangement both unsafe and likely illegal. Even more concerning, there appear to be no background checks conducted on these individuals, maybe the contractor, but not the crew membe
