Harbour Pointe Apartment Homes

My family and I have lived here for about a year and a half and love it here. The community is wonderful! Close to the schools, parks and the beach. All our neighbors feel like family. Kristen and Manny are our staff here and they are great. They care about us and always respond in a timely manner. Manny is a great maintenance man and fixes any issues that we have quickly.

Harbour Pointe has lovely tropical palm trees & other flowering trees, a peaceful atmosphere, with a well-maintained pool & patio deck. Assigned parking spots with carports are available. The interior of the apartments is beautiful with quality window coverings, flooring and appliances. Manny in maintenance has been quick to address my requests. The office manager Kristen is very efficient and pleasant and has some great ideas for future plans here. The staff & neighbors make me feel right at home.

I’ve just signed my third one year lease with Harbour Pointe. Manny and the maintenance staff fixed some issues I had in my bathroom the day after they were reported. He was knowledgeable, friendly and had great customer service. It is true that previous management had been somewhat slow to get to their work orders. Good to see that Harbour Pointe has moved in the right direction. The office staff (usually on site at the Dunes) has also been great and is also accessible. I needed to go month to month when I thought I may get a job in Orlando. When I got a new job locally I called them up at the very end of the month. They got me back into my year lease almost instantaneously.

Any time I need help with fixes etc the maintenance is more than accommodating. Residents are so sweet and it's such a safe area to live and raise kids!

Harbour pointe is a great spot to live. The vibes are amazing here. Super quaint, affordable spot to live in satellite beach.
