Fred is very knowledgeable with the local area. He can also do pictures and digitally stage your home. His fabulous pictures and digitally staged pictures are what sold our empty house! I would recommend him highly and use him again in the future!!

Fred always made me feel he was on my side, and had my back, and we worked as a great team (together with the finance contact). Fred's years of experience show, as well as knowledge of the area. Five stars is definitely not enough for Fred! He makes the whole process a lot more smooth and easier than I would have even thought. He's definitely there for you and treats you more than just a client, more like family! He answered all of our questions knowledgeably and patiently when I asked anything at all. I'm more than happy with the results especially since I'm active duty military and I wasn't able to be there to handle things directly, and he is very reliable so I can be confident that the job got done with ease.
