The Dorchester Apartments of Southampton

The Dorchester's is an excellent place to live. The apartments are located in a quiet and attractive location and the facilities are well kept. The office staff are always friendly and willing to help with any request or concern. I have lived at the complex for several years and have never had any serious issues. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to rent.

I have found Dorchester to be a wonderful place to live. I have been here over a year and I love my apartment. There is so much nature here and the property is very peaceful. The office and maintenance staff are awesome- responsive, kind, thorough- they give small town “we care” vibes and it’s nice. My dogs are also very happy:)

Jamie was just wonderful, and very helpful, in finding a new place to live. She made it very easy and stress free moving in. I really appreciate how she treated me and showed a very friendly and courteous time, every time we interacted. So excited to move in and see how things go, if the beginning is this great I believe my stay here is going to be awesome. Thank you so much Jamie

It is extremely disappointing that my lease has not been renewed. I have kept a clean and well kept apartment. I also asked for reasonable rent rates and feel I am being asked to leave for no reason. I am handicapped and do have a problem walking far distances. I feel my requests were reasonable considering the rate at which the rental has been raised from 3% to 6%. I understand that the owner wants to do upgrades. That is reasonable as long as you do not kick someone out to do that. It is also not safe to have two door unlocked to the buildings in this unsafe world. I am expecting to receive my entire security deposit.

The ladies in the office are always ready to assist with any concerns. So far, all maintenance requests since I moved here were promptly taken care of. So far happy with my apartment.
