I had an extremely disappointing experience with First Advantage Abstract, LLC during the sale of my property in Pennsylvania. The company included my full Social Security Number in a deed package and emailed it to multiple parties who had no need to see this information. This was a serious breach of privacy and completely unnecessary. After I contacted them several times to understand how this happened and what steps they would take to prevent it in the future, they refused to provide a clear explanation or details about any corrective measures. I've used them a few times now, always great service. Title searches are pretty quick, and the ladies always do a pretty good job. Prices are pretty good as well. I would absolutely recommend them!
