Our Association has dealt with Smallow Management for many years. They are reliable and services are fulfilled quickly and professionally. We would recommend them highly.

Since Smallow has taken over Meadow Brook Condominiums in Philadelphia they have run it in the ground. The association dues are 5 times what they used to be, there’s raw sewage on the grounds they failed to address for several weeks which is illegal as it’s a health hazard, they have a rodent infestation, have failed to replace the roof & shingles that are well past their life, shingles are hanging down on multiple properties throughout, broken concrete throughout the community , the parking lot hasn’t been resealed or recoated in decades & you cannot see the assigned numbers as they have faded . It certainly looks like a misappropriation of money because the $250 fee is not being put back into the community. Smallow is terrible and needs to go .

Smallow Management Co. has been our homeowners association management company for over 30 years now. Their service has been impeccable. What most home owners need to remember is that a management company can only do what the Board members of an association allow them to perform. It is an important responsibility for homeowners to attend association meetings and participate in discussions at these meetings to have concerns addressed and rectified. Each and every homeowner has copies of the Bi-Laws of the Association and agreed to follow them when they purchased their home. As a homeowner presently residing in the development, I find that the development is Poorly managed,racist destroys owners property. Pick and choose who receive individualized attention when it comes to street repair and other maintenance repairs. I’ve never experienced a more unwelcome experience in my life. As a homeowner I refuse to extend my caring for the surrounding area beyond my property limits. Just received disturbing phone call from Marie Flynn about her ratings. Who stated that due to my complaints allowing her ratings to decrease. She at this point will do what she have to do. To protect her lively hood.
