DAN Housing

My experience with Dan Housing was excellent! They were accommodating and sensitive to my urgent circumstances. Dave DeLeo was my contact person and besides his incredibly positive disposition, he was professional and responsive. Whenever I had an issue or question he followed up and made sure it was quickly resolved. I certainly hope I'm never in a situation where emergency housing is required ever again, but if I do have that need I hope Dave and the Dan Housing team are there to assist.

David DeLeo from Dan Housing was very professional and helpful finding us rental apartment after storm damaged our house. He made the whole process very smoothly dealing with the insurance and rental company. He made sure we have everything we need to move in. I highly recommend his service.

Dave DeLeo from DAN Housing was extremely helpful when I was displaced from my home! I have two dogs and was hoping to stay within driving distance of my neighborhood, and he found me a great space that accommodated my pets as well as included parking. Dave was very responsive and liaised with my public adjusters/insurance company to make sure that my stay was extended when needed—he also connected me with the building manager so I had a contact if anything needed to be addressed. He made this whole nightmare of a process (meaning working with insurance to repair my home) much easier. I recommend them without reservation.
