We have many realtors in our life but something told me to go with Don Smith, after meeting him on a of couple occasions. Not sure if it was his amicable professionalism or his attention to detail but we decided to have him and his team list our house. I’d forgotten just how much is involved in listing and selling a house, but Don had all the documents sent and coordinated all the prep work in record time. Within 24 hours of having our house listed, we had our first offer. 2 days later 61 groups attended the Open House. It could not have been any easier or faster. Don and Stephanie were extremely professional and treated the selling of our home (of over 30 years) with great care and professionalism.

Don saved us. We were in a pinch, striking out and not happy with our realtor. He came highly recommended and did not disappoint. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even came with a few tricks up his sleeve to give us an edge in this rediculous housing market. He found us our dream home with no compromises, and helped us purchase from 3k miles away. I highly recommend Don to anybody and wouldn’t think of using anyone else, again.

This is based on my honest unbiased opinion on working with Don on a property in Albany. I had no broker so Don has gracious asked to become dual broker for us but his locality Remained with the seller. I gave multiple concessations to the Seller but when It was my Time to receive the courtesy I was left with a dirty home and broken washer which I had To replace. Basically as soon as the price was set and the contract signed; don disappeared. On one instance I requested him to at least have a vent cleaned out of courtesy for me. He didnt answer my phone/texts and replied 1 day later “ Speak to your attorney”. I was So shocked at his behavior since; I was extra courteous since the property was in the neighborhood. In addition, I must mention, he completely forgot the closing date and later

We worked with Don to find a home and he was patient and professional as we looked for just the right place. Was very knowledgeable about rehab costs and even recommended a great paint color for our family room-above and beyond!!!

It was a pleasure working with Don. He was diligent in finding us the right house in Florida. Don is very professional and attentive. I highly recommend him
