This is my second time buying a house with Gabler Realty and my husband sold his home prior with Gabler Realty as well. That alone should tell you how we feel about our relationship! This time we got to work extensively with Kristie and Penny and they both were the absolute best! They go above and beyond to give the best customer service, are very thorough when viewing houses and could not be friendlier. It took us over a year and a half to find the perfect "forever" home in this crazy market and they were both so patient and amazing to work with the entire time. I needed to sell a relative's house, and I had no idea how to proceed. Someone suggested Gabler Realty and I'm so glad they did. Judi and her team guided me through the process. They were a pleasure to deal with and very professional. Judi advised me as to what needed to be done to stage the house and referred me to contractors who could assist me. Dave Ryan showed the house and kept me updated on showings and offers. He found a buyer in a very short amount of time and the sale was completed much faster than I anticipated.
