The Spinney at Van Dyke

Best decision I ever made! I love this place! The staff is phenomenal—kind, sweet and accommodating. The place is beautiful, lots of amenities, constant activities if you choose to participate, and the folks who live here are the best neighbors! I LOVE IT HERE!

My husband and I have lived happily at The Spinney since Christmas 2016. We chose this community because our son had already resided for several years in a complex managed by The Spinney Group. There we observed the care, competence and personal involvement of the owners. After we sold our house, we chose The Spinney as a care-free life-style, confident that the same professionalism and personal touch would prevail. We were not disappointed. The whole community is lovingly maintained by super grounds and maintenance crews - with swift and competent response to any special maintenance issues that might arise, though we seldom have need of such since they do preventive maintenance and inspections. We've made lots of good friends, and thrown away all our old shovels and rakes. They do it

We were very happy there for 3+ years until we relocated to another state. Beautiful setting, apartment was great with amenities and tons of storage space. Management staff were always helpful and friendly and neighbors were lovely!

I have my name on a list with Jane, I hope I’m fortunate To rent a lovely home. I’ve been with the Army as a contract nurse. I’m a former person attending Russell Sage College I’m Nurse practitioner I would Love to live in your Homes.. I have family & friends in the area. My wife and I will be joining the Spinney at Van Dyke community in the middle of April. We are looking forward to our new life style and making new friends.
