Mansions At Delmar

As a soon to be resident physician in Albany, the Mansions met ALL of our needs plus more! Modern, clean and sleek, but quiet, around beautiful nature and quiet, warm families/neighbors, everything we need. Nicole and Jessica, the wonderful women in charge, were extremely excited and happy to help my husband and I become a part of the community. Our unit was flawless. The only problem I have is that we didn’t know this property existed sooner. We are so happy to call the Mansions at Delmar our home for at least the next 4 years for medical residency and my husband’s career at Regeneron!

My garage door was having difficulty closing. Jose came to check it out. He analyzed what was wrong, did a few fixes. Then he continued to make sure it worked correctly and was safe! He did an excellent job. Jose was diligent and patient with the job. He made sure I was satisfied with the finished work. Excellent Job! The work made the door work smoothly and safely!

n fact, it is a wonderful and clean community, and the people are cooperative. When I ask for help from Nicole, who is Responsible of the office, she helps me immediately. In addition to the maintenance, they are wonderful. We had a plumber named Jose, who was wonderful and helpful in fixing everything in the house

We have been living here for 4 years now. We can not wait to move out this year after our lease ends. Pros: Neighborhood (clean air,quiet-peaceful, no parking problem) Maintaining team: they take care of you as soon as u contact them. They are 3 people who work like superheroes 🦸 Nancy: always friendly and problem solving CONS: Management!!! No Pool : I mean look at the pictures that I shared from my bedroom. This is my bedroom view like last 1 year and no I am not kidding! This pool has been ‘renovating’ for 3 years now. Every year we decided to move out they said ‘this summer will be open’. We stayed and summer went dry! This area has super humidity and is crazy hot during summer. You need a pool! That is why I am. okay to pay more rent than having a condo with less rent but no pool. S

The Jones Street Staff here at Mansion at Delmar are always responsive and helpful. They make the community better and continuing to improve the property. The maintenance team is by far the best, in any development I've lived in. Jose and Chris have always been professional, timely and fixure issues promptly. I am a loyal resident when I live in a community and they do make it a good experience. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👍🏾
