The Dexter Apartments

Living at The Dexter has been a great experience, thanks in large part to the amazing team—including Neal from maintenance. He’s incredibly prompt, effective, kind, and professional. Every time I’ve needed support, Neal has gone above and beyond. It’s reassuring to know the building is in such capable hands. The whole team makes The Dexter feel like home!

I am not a current resident but have visited the property and can honestly say it is wonderful. When you are on the rooftop you can view Lake Erie and watch the sun set. The office has a free coffee machine and a full size gym. The staff team are polite and eager to help in any way. Always recommend CASTO properties.

A great place to call home. The location is super walkable to nearby shops and restaurants and a short 5 minute drive to Downtown Cleveland. The building offers residents a 24/hr gym, free starbucks coffee machine, free kegorator in the 5th floor common room to entertain guests and an amazing view of Downtown Cleveland! 10/10 would recommend.

I moved in when they first opened, and definitely don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. Excellent staff and management team, beautiful building. Location is ideal. Rooftop patio and community room are stunning. Love the amenities. No corners cut on structure and design, and it’s a good balance of upscale meets warm/comfy.

Absurd policies that even with 2 bedrooms you can only have 1 car in the garage (which has dozens of spots that are never in use), forcing you to park on the street where they offer no security whatsoever and break-ins are basically a given at this point. Have walked by at least 20 cars broken into within a block of the building within the last 2 months. Management does not even pretend to be concerned or interested in offering increased security measures. Management has been repeatedly unprofessional in regards to multiple issues, even going so far as to say they were not ready for us on move-in day because they were “still recovering from the night before”. Not surprising that half the high reviews are from people who don’t actually live in the building.
