Great apartments for traveling professionals or long term rentals. Very comfortable feel in an upcoming Cleveland neighborhood. Walk out of your apartment and you have many dining and shopping options. Only about 5 minutes to Cleveland Clinic. Management is responsive to any needs. Highly recommend.
The WORST experience i have had with any service provider! They parade as a luxury apartment but function like section 8 housing. They don't hold the to their word so get anything they tell you in writing! The new manager is way worse than the previous lady, and she was pretty bad! Had a hard time getting responses when I rented there and now they won't respond to my communication to get my deposit back! I could go on and on about the awful time i had here! Rent at your own risk or if you don't have expectations of a functional management team!
This is a new building in an up and coming part of Cleveland. The units come completely furnished and are beautiful.
