The Darby Apartments

Hey everybody yesterday The Darby had a UNWIND AND UNCORK Event in the Clubhouse. If you came you know we had a great time. Lot of laughter and great fellowship. We had all kinds of wine, fruit, veggies, & cheeses. Just a nice time to unwind and get to make new friends that live here. They only had a few participants to show up. My hats off to Reggie and Gino. They always have something fun and exciting going on. Let’s try to show our support next time when they have something going on even if you stop by for a few minutes. Gino is absolutely amazing! My mom and I came to view the community and left our tour filling out an application! Gino made us feel so welcomed and had such a wonderful attitude the whole time. Gino is truly wonderful, kind, and professional! Thank you, Gino!

Everything been great. The only thing that I would think needs attention is beyond their ability, which is the amount of vehicles surpass the parking availability. Other than that this place is amazing. So far I love it! (Except when I can't find a parking spot lol)

I’ve had an amazing experience with The Darby! From touring to moving in, it’s been a seamless process. The staff here is so sweet, personable, and communicative. Reggie has made this experience very smooth and enjoyable. Overall, I’m grateful to have found this community!!

If you’re trying to choose between this place and another property; choose the OTHER property. Attached are photos from the back of this “luxury” complex. I’ve lived here for a year and eight months. If I could move, yesterday; it wouldn’t be soon enough. There’s no communication from staff, outside of collection efforts. There’s no sense of community, due to lack of events. You may or may not get your trash picked up even though you pay monthly for valet. I asked again about a trash receptacle by the mailboxes and was told by Georgia (the property manager) that it was removed because “people were cleaning out their cars”. They removed the trash can because people were using it, as intended. This is by far the worst housing experience I’ve ever had and I can’t wait to never see th
