Heights at Holly Springs

Living at The Heights of Holly Springs has been nothing short of amazing. The luxury finishes, tall ceilings, and large windows make the apartment feel open and bright. Those details really set this community apart from the competition. The team does a great job keeping the property in excellent shape, and I often see housekeepers maintaining the hallways and common areas several times a week. The climate-controlled hallways are a nice touch on hot days, and watching the sunset by the pool or outdoor fireplace has quickly become one of my favorite ways to unwind. Most of all, the staff truly goes above and beyond in everything they do. I’m so glad I made the move to The Heights at Holly Springs

I recently moved into this community and have had an amazing experience so far. The entire move-in process was smooth, and the team made everything feel easy and welcoming from day one. Tyler in the leasing office has been especially helpful both before and after my move - always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. It's clear the staff cares about residents and creating a positive living environment. The property is well maintained, and I'm really happy with my decision to live here. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

My mother has been apartment shopping and been kind of lost on which direction to go. We heard of Heights at Holly Springs through a family member. Tyler was the leasing agent and was a Huge help! He had such great information and was very patient to show us all options. My mom is definitely sold and we both cant wait for her to move in! The community is beautiful and the staff is very welcoming. Thank you so much Tyler for all your help!

The team is great! From the first day i looked at a place to final move in has been wonderful! They were able to work with me on schedule changes and the whole process was top notch. Communication was outstanding and they always answered any questions I had. They don't just do their job, they treat you like family!! Cant say enough about all of the staff..Elani, Hanna, William and Tyler..Tyler asisited me from day one and is outstanding!! Thank you for making this transition for my situation much easier for this move. This is a brand new property and you can't go wrong by moving here. It's good to be home.
