Stanley Martin Homes at Edgewater - SOLD OUT!

Absolutely ridiculous these people are threatening to sue Scouts Canton if people continue using the hiking trails. Maybe yall shouldn't have bought land with a hiking trail.

My husband and I have lived at Edgewater for almost a year. We purchased a house that was already built and worked with Kristen. She was so kind and friendly to us and answered all our questions in a timely manner through the whole process. We also worked with Eric and he was awesome at making sure everything was how it needed to be before and even after closing! The neighborhood community is awesome and you can't beat the location! So glad we chose Edgewater and Stanley Martin!

My Husband I are purchased a home from Stanley Martin this year. We spent months searching the area for a home for our newly blended family. We met Kristen and knew we found our perfect place! Kristen has been amazing to work with! She is incredibly responsive and supportive and from the start we had a level of trust with her that we had not yet found. We highly recommend this community and Kristen to perspective home buyers in the area!!

We purchased a new construction home in Edgewater after falling in love with one of the floor plans. The construction team is knowledgeable and does seem genuinely committed to quality construction. Ultimately we did receive a well-built home that passed private inspection without significant concerns. We love our home, and would purchase from Stanley Martin again. However, there were significant communication failures, particularly with construction management’s professionalism in emails. There were a few people at higher levels (Rick, Jason) who were responsive and helpful. Not professional. Non responsive. Stanley Martin will hide the problems before closing the home and they will be focusing only closing before all the services to be available in the neighborhood. We are facing the problem with internet unavailability in the neighborhood. This we came to know only after closing the home. We are living in the house without internet for more than 2 months. We didn't get any proper compensation from Stanley Martin for this big issue. But if we delay any closing date from our side then they will be asking us to pay the $$$ every day until we close. But if the Stanley Martin makes any mistake then they are not ready to take any responsibilities. We have sent many emails and nobody responded. It's really frustrating us.
