Linz Holly Springs Apartments

Absolutely no complaints about the Linz from us. We’ve been living here for a few months and it’s been great. Elaine gave us our tour and made sure to answer all our questions and even helped make sure the apartment we picked was right for us in terms of a view and floor. The dog park is nice with two benches, a light at the gate and has excellent visibility from any angle. The maintenance team, led by the amazing Sonya, is very professional and quick to respond to issues, as they arise. I’ve talked to her several times and can’t say anything negative about her as she is exceedingly capable and knowledgeable. We are very happy here and want to thank the team for all their hard work.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had an amazing experience living at Linz Holly Springs! Since moving in back in July of last year, everything has been smooth, professional, and truly enjoyable. The leasing office staff are always warm, responsive, and go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and valued. The property is well-maintained, clean, and secure. A huge shoutout to the maintenance team—they’re friendly, hardworking, and really help make this community what it is. I’ve only needed one maintenance request during my time here, and it was handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a big difference in daily comfort. So I wanted to leave a review on here as the leasing agent Vivien at Linz Holly Springs Apartments went above and beyond helping me get in and secure a place as my house went Under contract and I had less than two weeks to find a place. I love the property so nice and clean. All the office staff is great. They are super helpful and kind. The maintenance people usually repair within 24/48 hours and the new one is really really nice. Also never seen a roach and that is important. I love it here if you are reading this tell them Heather Cook referred you :)

Absolutely love living here. Everything is amazing. Vivien my leasing agent has been spectacular helping me get into my place and transferring units. 10/10 would recommend you go to Vivien
