The Crossings at Union Township

I'm a current resident at the crossing. This is my first time ever posting anything regarding this complex. But when is enough is enough. There are so many needed repairs to be done in my apartment. Well, after the rain last night that was it for me. Contact maintenance, respond hours later, but never took the time to check out the problem. So, where does the advertisement for 24 hours maintenance come in. There's a lot I can say, but i will save that for another day. From 4p.m. 7/31 to 8/01 no one has stepped foot in my apartment to investigate NOTHING!!! Owners, maintenance, No One. For whatever reason videos are disappearing. There is always an issue in this building. I have been without water for two full days. Although repairs have reportedly been ongoing, there is still no resolution and no clear timeline for restoration. Not having running water makes it impossible to shower, cook, clean, or properly use the restroom. These are basic necessities. Just last Sunday (2/8), the building also lost electricity for 48 hours when temperatures were around 4 degrees. There was no heat, no hot water, and very limited communication. Experiencing a prolonged power outage in freezing weather and now a multi-day water outage within days of each other is completely unacceptable. Been renting here for about a 2 years and a half. Every other month, for the entirety of my time leasing here, they have “water issues”. Be prepared to not have running water or no hot water constantly and being completely in the dark as to when the issue is going to be resolved. Every week is some new issue. It’s like they play a game of “how can we screw with the lives of the people that live here” during their meetings. Sheldon from maintenance does try his absolute best but, with the limited resources from an incompetent property management team, there’s not much he can possibly do. PSE&G power outage. The power at The Crossings in Union has been experiencing intermittent power issues for the past couple of months. We’ve gone hours/full days/multiple days without power & heat once to twice weekly. Most recently 2/8/26 with 7 degree temps. I spoke to a representative who explained that this is a property-specific problem, and the property owner needs to hire an electrician. The crossings installed central heating and air systems that draw too much power, causing recurring power failures, which is part of a larger problem with electrical power trips. I’m considering calling the township inspectors soon. Please share this information with your neighbors.

Non-smokers, I recommend you DO NOT sign a lease to an apartment here. Management doesnt care enough to resolve my issue with the ongoing weed in my building. I smell weed when walking by other buildings as well, so not just my building. I cant wait to get out of here, would leave tomorrow if not for the lease!!! Constantly short of breath... RIDICULOUS!!! Do your self a favor and go somewhere else if you are a nonsmoker. Crossings team I do not want to hear anything else from you, so dont waste my time responding to this message. I was already informed via email that you dont care to hear anything else concerning this matter, so I DONT want to hear anything from you unless its an invitation to get out of this lease!!!!!
