The Crossings at 31st Street Apartments

The maintenance guy Tomas is amazing. I could be walking around the apartments, and he always speaks to my family and I. Any time I've needed maintenance, he gets the job done in a timely efficient manner. I appreciate all of his hard work. He's always busy, making sure the community here is great.

starting off was drama but after the change over in management and ownership things for me was great for me and with the help from a good friend that address the all the issue that i was going through the moved in.Each person have different experience but i will say it take time to get things in order so if don't like the ways things is at the apartment you have the right to moved but keep in mind every apartment complex have issue so choose your apartment wisley. As for me i have been in worst er apartment and this is not one of them that my opinion.I like thank the new management and owner for address the issue that went through to moved in .

Love the apartment, love the location and I really love how much caring goes into the work of maintenance who do work orders on this property. I especially want to show very much deserved appreciation to Mr. Tomas Beltran. This man here has been the maintenance man who has completed every work order we have had since moving in last year. Mr. Tomas Beltran is very kind, works on every work order with great care and making sure the job is done correctly. Tomas goes above and beyond with his work and I want to thank him for all the work he does in making sure that everything is up and running in the apartment complex.

I lived in the Crossings for many years and now I'm living in other apartments, but I'm thinking of returning to the Crossings. One of the things I like the most is the maintenance area, which isn't available where I currently am. Mr. Thomas is very good and attentive at what he does. His maintenance work is excellent.
