Krystal doesn’t just manage the property—she takes care of the residents. She listens, follows through, and treats everyone like a priority. I have been living here almost 3 years. Maintenance is amazing. They respond within minutes. The manager, Liz assistant manager Crystal and Jesenia are awesome people. I lived in a two two flat, which was beautiful. Now I live in a townhome and it’s beautiful. It includes a backyard. It’s very private. It has a courtesy officer. Being a police officer myself I look out after the property as well. Very clean no loud noises. I recommend coming and looking at these apartments, they are like a resort style. I will include some pictures. Today my AC went out within a few minutes. Maintenance came out here and fix my AC. Thank you so much.

EDITED 12/2/25 Was finally able to get out of this place. the lasiest management, one doesnt know what the other is doing. all they care about is the next persons to lease an apartment too. The apartments are section 8 government housing and it shows. trash all over the parking lot everyday, empty liqour bottles and used condoms in the parking lot every other day. cops being called out and just after we left something major happend that they had to send a mass email to all residents informing them of a disturbance and cops being called out and a criminal investigation is under way. this place is horrible and the management is worse Edited 9/17/2025 Real resident, long term resident, 4 years open liquor bottles in the parking lot used condoms throughtout the parking lot office staff

Visited Smart Living of Texas City and I’m pleased to say the property is really nice. I will definitely recommend to friends and family for a perfect living space.LaTasia,Krystal and Yensenia were AMAZING on my tour.
