Pointe Ann Apartments

I went to apply for an apartment and Monica helped me fill out my application. She said that I would be able to get my money back if I didn't get the apartment. This was September 26th and she told me after getting denied that it would take up to 21 days for reimbursement. Today is January 7th and the 2nd day that I've called for a update and the phone gets disconnected and I tried calling back and I'm getting sent straight to voicemail. I need a complaint number asap, and I'm getting a lawsuit.

I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with Monica and her team. Monica is professional, responsive, and great to work with. I also had the pleasure of meeting the maintenance department. They were friendly and efficient and Sarah is absolutely hilarious! A great team all around.

Ms. Monica had a great attitude and great customer service. i would of lease but im looking for a 3 bedroom with washer and dryer connections. The fact of her making you feel welcomed.

Monica is absolutely been a great help to me every time I reach out to her , she goes above and beyond to take care of any situation that may come up. I am very pleased that they have somebody in the office that does this and actually cares. Keep up the good work I always count on you.

My experience with this place was when I walked in I was immediately greeted by a young lady by the name of Mrs Monica she had just a bright beautiful smile the would light of the entire place! She showed me and told me very great things about the unit and the apartments! She answered any questions I had and was very very detailed about anything she shared with me I felt welcome and very comfortable as if I was already staying there! She is such a great positive lady!! Thank you Mrs Monica for all your help!❤️😀
