They have everything at this apartments and they keep it really clean, they have a pool with a BBQ area pool looks really nice, they have a 24 hour fitness center, they even have a dog area but what really makes it so special is they keep it nice and clean great place close to freeway it really has it all..

My tour was handled with the utmost professionalism. Edward was great he walked me through the property showing me every area including two units. After my tour and because of Edward’s excellent Communication skills and attention to detail I immediately submitted an application to live in this pristine community. When someone takes the time to explain every detail that is something extraordinary. My impression of the management is so above the norm . Thank you Edward for all that you do! Sincerely, Damon S

I didnt have much issues with the property other than my water pipe in the shower coming out brown for the first few seconds. Management said thats normal and it will go away. After a year living there it never went away. I stayed in apartment 8 facing the freeway, at night the walkway lights never worked so you could not see our building which made it feel unsafe especially in the evening for my wife walking alone. Its easy for anyone to hide in the bush and mug her. Once in the early morning I heard people rummaging into the apartments below me and then hurried off into a car. I reported it to management suggesting fixing the lights, they said they would and never did. My biggest gripe is how the management handles your move out. Dont expect to get your deposit, and in fact expect to pay

Moving into our new apartment community was a great experience! Although there was a hiccup in communication on the time of our move in, Erica was very welcoming and ensured we had everything in order by the time our movers arrived. Maria and the fellow cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful in allowing us to move in around the areas they were wrapping up cleaning. Overall we cannot express our gratitude enough to everyone at The Cove who has made us feel right at home! :)
