The Courthouse

Came down for my daughter’s orientation for college. If I could could describe this place in 1 word it would be authentic~ it’s in it’s original form, yet beautiful and unique in the Jackson MS area. No complaints, I love this place and will return/recommend. ~ Stay original and true. Future Airbnbers (is that a word lol) don’t pass this place up! It’s a rare find..

Room very nice. Check in and parking is a little awkward. There was several checking in the same time as us and they all had issues also. Check in is not until 5PM which is a little late for check in.

I had a great experience touring the Courthouse apartments. The managers were incredibly welcoming and willing answer any questions. The pool and gym really stood out as well. Highly recommend taking a look.

Great experience all around. Rooms were very clean, full size appliances, and lovely pool area. Would definitely recommend to others!

There was so much wrong with my stay. First, one of my keys didn’t work. Then when I got to my room I noticed dirty stains on almost all the bedding. I had to wash everything but they only had dish pods by the washer. The curtains were see through so with the right lighting and angle you could see directly inside. There wasn’t Wi-Fi in my unit as promised, one of the lamps didn’t work, there were little to no outlets and the soaps in the unit were half empty. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Save yourself the hassle.
