The Conley

I just moved here in December, and I can say this was probably one of the best choices ive made! The community is very well taken care of, the leasing office staff are the sweetest people! Big shout out to Jacoby!!! He helped me find an apartment within the conly that best suited me and my child, and also answered ANY questions I had during the process! I 10/10 recommend the conly!!!!

Today I visited the Conley. These apartments are modern and stylish and the grounds are so well kept. I’ve toured LOTS of apartments during my search and many of them had similar characteristics. The thing that stood out to me most was the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Jen Diggs is one of the best leasing consultants I’ve ever worked with. Professional, fun and knows her property inside out. I was also able to meet their Community Director, Molly Yeverino. She took time to tell me about why SHE loves her community and it made all the difference. I absolutely recommend this community for anyone who values the quality of customer service as much as the quality of product.

I lived here in 2020 and was one of the first residents to move in with my ex-boyfriend on their studio unit! That place was amazing but because of the whole 2021 Winter Storm Fiasco, I dealt with a whole week with power but no heater. Called it quits simply because it’s to far from Austin and was using the tolls constantly to see my family and friends in the city and the change in management. Overall, the apartments are amazing and I’m very surprised there’s a new McDonald’s nearby. My stay back in 2020 was decent! Hope yall are enjoying it so far!

These apartments are amazing with helping moving Terry Turner my best friend. Jacoby went above and abound to make sure that we were all set to move in. The yard is great for his pet Charlie. We would recommend this community for sure.

In the beginning I was hesitant moving from Virginia to Austin, but Conley gave a much better apartment experience here. The maintenance team is great, management is exceptional and the amenities are great. Love to sit by the pool and the chill out area beside it. Just a suggestion, a game area with pool table/ foosball table would be a great addition. And some more equipment in the gym like pull up rods.
