The Commonwealth at York Apartments

I had an amazing tour experience working with Shannon at The Commonwealth at York Apartments! From the very first interaction, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the leasing process clearly, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. Shannon genuinely cares about her residents and it shows—she went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my decision. If you’re considering Common Wealth, do yourself a favor and ask for Shannon. She’s the best!

To start, I have to compliment the staff! Shannon was very welcoming, very professional, and very personable! She made sure to introduce herself and included everyone in my family in the conversation. She was very knowledgeable about the property, and I loved that she was able to get a read on me to help me determine my needs. The property is huge! It's lovely and spacious; I love that there is plenty of storage space on the property before you even get into the apartment. Shannon showed us the Bristol which is the basic three-bedroom apartment. Very spacious, and I loved that the apartment was staged so I could get a general idea how my furniture could fit in the rooms. My tour was at 1:30 in the afternoon and school is for winter break, yet I didn't see any misbehaving children causing

I love living here at the Commonwealth of York! The staff is amazing. I have had the pleasure of working with Jo Jo and Shannon. These ladies are phenomenal. The maintenance staff has always responded within 24 to 48 hours. Everyone is friendly as well as my neighbors. The neighborhood is very quiet and very safe. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to call home ❤️

Shannon was amazing! She took us to the apartment initially set for the walk through but also showed me other avaliable units just incase. Answered every question I had with ease along with the amenities and services they had to offer. Overall I get a great impression of this place and the few people I encountered were friendly and easy to talk too. The apartments are also well up to date so your appliances are super nice and the details are great as well. I can't wait to move in and get my start here!

Johnathan at Commonwealth at York is absolutely amazing! He truly took his time with me, never rushed the conversation, and made sure all of my questions were fully answered. From the very beginning, he went out of his way to make me feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. His friendliness, professionalism, and positive attitude really stand out. In addition, the apartments and community are absolutely gorgeous, beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and truly inviting. Commonwealth at York is very lucky to have Johnathan!
