My husband and I purchased a home in Virginia Beach in February and Rebecca was our incredible realtor. She was extremely knowledgeable about each home and location she walked us through and was patient as we nit-picked every minuscule detail. Not only was she professional, she was charismatic. You can tell she genuinely loves Virginia Beach and being a realtor in the area. Once we decided on the home we wanted she was there every step of the way, guiding us through the home inspection, loan process, and unexpected issues with the house after purchase. Everything was fast (because of our move-in deadline) and, because of her, easy. We’ll 100% be using her again when we resell our home in a few years for our next transfer. She’s the best in the business!

A friend was getting a divorce and needed to sell, I wanted a bigger place and rent my place. We literally bumped into her at a garage sale and told her what we were doing and in 4 weeks we have swapped keys. Quick, easy and painless. She is very professional yet down to earth. She isn't pushy. She helped us do what we asked for, easily. There's more red tape in friends swapping homes than you would think. I'm glad we ran into her.
