AMW Real Estate - Unprofessional and Negligent Property Management Our experience with AMW Real Estate was nothing short of a nightmare. They rented us a property that had severe safety hazards, showing a complete disregard for tenant well-being. One of the most alarming issues was the pergola, which had plastic panels dangerously held down by bricks. Eventually, these panels came loose due to high winds, nearly hitting our dog. This was just one example of the unsafe living conditions we endured. The deck was completely falling apart and hazardous. When our daughter started walking, she tripped and fell numerous times due to its poor condition. Easily one of the worst decisions I have ever made was using this company to rent out my property. Not only are they rude, but they will literally lie to you and then ignore you completely cutting you off. They were not my first choice go to from the beginning, I’ve heard stories about them but against my better judgment I still decide to go with them. Trust me stay away from them it will save you a headache.

AMW real estate has been amazing. They are handling the rental of one of my properties and helped connect me with a realtor in the area that I just purchased a house in. Amanda and her team are professionals and exceptional humans. So great to communicate and work with, always kind, collaborative and easy to work through anything with. Big fan. I’ve never seen a more unprofessional company in my life. My father paid April’s rent, and for 4 months they harassed him saying they never got it, and kept increasing the amount owed. He had to pay $30 to Western Union to get proof that they cashed the money order, when they could have just called their bank and inquired about the money order number. When I asked them why they didn’t ask their bank about the money order, they told me that it was my father’s responsibility to show proof. He sent them a copy of the MO, and they STILL made him get proof from Western Union. 4 months they harassed my elderly father. They are disgusting. If you do rent from them, make sure you save every copy of everything you send them, including texts and emails. Thank god my father did. Stay far away from th
