This post is a bit late, but I really wanted to take the time to write a review for Michelle Mock, who was our realtor and did a fantastic job. We first met at the school where I worked, and she handed me her business card without knowing that I had just been praying for the right realtor before sitting down to eat my lunch. Michelle was honest with us and shared that she was newer to the process, but I truly trusted that God had pointed us to the right person. And He did. We were able to sell our house for a great price in a very short amount of time. I didn't want to post this this way , but there has to be some accountability. Rachel Mcneil was my real estate agent until she stopped all communication with me. Literally ghosted me. Her last text to me was on 10/17/25 and she was following up on a property we had seen. I responded and then I never heard back. For 2 weeks , I was trying to contact her via texts and voice-mail but she never responded. I saw another property and I asked that listing agent if they could represent me because I never heard back from Rachel. The new agent wanted me to make sure her and I still weren't in the agent buyer agreement.And so when I reached out to rachel , that was when she responded and said "you're good to go hope you've been well ". We don't appreciate your realtor Rachel McNeil trying to pouch us for our home. We received a letter, in fact her resident info is not completely correct, stating your realtor has someone pre-approved to buy our home. We are not selling our home!!!!
