The Commonwealth Apartments

Hello.... I had a viewing @ the Commonwealth, the unit as well as the building is emaculant!!!! Unfortunately @ that time I fell on hard time & could not proceed.😞 Now that I am back in shape, I can't get a viewing for a 1 bedroom. This time nothing will stop me!!! Because from the second I walked in, I knew it was where I would love to live.

Honestly don’t agree with the previous post on here about management being rude. I have lived in this apartment area for over 11 months now and personally have had 0 problems with it. The maintenance people are very friendly always ask how I am. Furthermore I had an accident that happened and everyone there checked up on me to make sure I was okay. Yes the area around might not be the greatest but this apartment is a diamond found in the rough. Place offers free wifi water. Recently renovated as well.

I almost feel bad giving the Commonweath Apartments a bad review. I really loved my unit, but there were also major problems. My biggest issues are as follows 1. When someone in the complex smokes (weed or cigar typically), the smell seeps in through the vents. 2. The sink and shower had horrific water pressure, there was no garbage disposal either. 3. Parking was AWFUL. Twice I signed a form saying that I would pay for the commonwealth parking on N Montgomery Street: across the street from the complex. Well, they closed that lot and put us instead at a lot 3 minutes away on Hannover St. Every day I walked and got harassed by the homeless/the people at the Aleda Apartments. The Commonwealth said we’d have our lot back by December (it’s June now), and no sign of it coming back. 4. Gunshots

I don't what the issue is but after paying for an application, no one is picking their calls.

This is absolutely stunning from the brand new appliances and the cathedral ceilings and most of all how clean this place is . I can not wait to move in!!!! So excited !!!!!
