The apartments are really nice, with great amenities, and the clubhouse is always kept clean. The office staff is quick to respond along with maintenance. They throw tons of resident events which is really appreciated! We live on the top floor and can hear our neighbors below us, so I’m sure they can hear us too. If you're sensitive to noise, I definitely recommend choosing a top-floor unit. Sound transfer is expected when living in an apartment community, so it doesn’t bother us but I know that's not always the case with others! This winter has been especially intense. I don't think the property hired an external snow removal service, which has led the maintenance team struggling to keep up, which is understandable given the weather. This place definitely sets a high standard for apartment living. The property is clean, modern, and well maintained, with a quiet and safe atmosphere that truly feels like home. The amenities are top tier and genuinely enhance the overall resident experience. The management team is professional, respectful, and consistently helpful. Maintenance is prompt, skilled, and efficient. With a great location close to shopping and dining, this is easily one of the best places to live in the Grandville area.

It's great here! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First off I'd like to emphasize that at ANY apartment, the saying "you get what you pay for" is SO TRUE! Even though this place is on the higher end of the budget, and may even pass the original budget, it's VERY worth it if you can swing it! Going back to our tour and move-in process, Natalie from the office was (is) SO SWEET! Very welcoming, informative, and patient as my husband and I processed all the information she was giving us. She answered our questions very well, and if she did not know the answer she figured it out and got back to us in a timely manner. She even sent a specific link to help us apply to the apartment we loved the most! Once we got accepted, we were able to move in to the apartment on our selected move-in date as it was unoccupied. One big highlight of this place is the maintenance team. They do a great job and are very helpful. However, the apartments are expensive (although they are spacious). The community is upkept well and it is generally clean. A lot of amenities. One major flaw is that the Homebase app that is used to unlock the doors is terrible. I have been locked out many times due to the app failing. It's extremely frustrating that my only way to access my apartment is through an unreliable app. Also, despite their attempts to keep the package room organized, my packages have been frequently misplaced. Overall, I would not recommend that people live here as I believe that you can find better for the price (or cheaper). Opt for a place with a physical key.

This apartment has been the perfect fit for me and girlfriend. It’s modern, well maintained, and the location is unbeatable in terms of being in the vicinity of everything you want to do. However, people don’t rate apartments they rate the property managers. Every maintenance gone wrong incident/bill turns a 5 star review in a 1. I had a similar incident almost occur here however, with kindness, professionalism, and a little understanding they did everything in their power to help us out. Courtney and Lauren are great managers who see residents as people and will truly help you out if the situation is handled correctly.
