If you're looking for an affordable apartment that has a great management company. There is no better option than the Grandvilla Apartments. Look at reviews of other comparable apartments, and you will see nothing but horror stories. I spent about a year and a half at the Grandvilla Apartments in two different units and have nothing but good things to say. Both units were in great shape when I moved in, and any complaints (I had very few) were solved nearly immediately. The apartments themselves are not particularly fancy, but are very practical and provide a nice open concept. For the price, you will likely not find a better option.

My husband, daughter and I lived here for three years. We are only moving because we bought a house nearby. We loved our time living at Grandvilla because of great communication and professionalism from the staff, especially the maintenance team! We loved the location with easy access to Chicago and all that Grandville offers, and we love the layout which makes the small square footage feel spacious for our little family of three. We really enjoyed our three years of living here and we will miss calling this little complex home. The neighbors are friendly and the surrounding area is great for walking and getting ice cream at Tippy Cow. If you’re looking for a cozy, reasonably priced place, this is a great option.

I spent two years at Grandvilla Apartments and really enjoyed my time living there. As a single woman, safety was a top concern, and I felt very secure in this apartment community. The apartments are fairly priced and any maintenance issues I had were quickly resolved. This is a wonderful apartment community that is highly recommended.

I've lived at Grandvilla Apartments for 4+ years now and I love it! It's a nice quiet place in a lovely neighborhood. Nick and his maintenance staff are very friendly and always go above and beyond when I need any help. The few times I have had an issue, they came that same day with a smile on their faces (even for an emergency on the weekend). The grounds are kept neat, clean and safe. The rent is very reasonable and all utilities except electric are included. I would highly recommend Grandvilla Apartments/Wyma Properties to anyone!

My husband and I spent our first year married here together, and moving out was a bittersweet choice! We couldn't have asked for a better place to live and start off our life together. The unit was very clean when we moved in. The apartments, with their large windows, are beautiful, letting in much natural light. We had plenty of space for everything we had and were pleased with the amount of storage available. Neighbors are friendly and will be missed dearly. Hardly anything went wrong or needed fixed during our time, however when we reached out we received help quickly. Truly a fantastic maintenance team! Management is friendly, professional, and responsive. If you are looking for an affordable and enjoyable place to live, then try Grandvilla!
