0/5 if I could. Extremely unprofessional, hostile and rude. Especially when they are in the wrong! An employee there failed to contact and send paperwork in a timely manner, then wanted to have it fall in someone’s else’s lap and use a scapegoat. Super cool

I will not give them the worst rating as a title company but almost. People were very rude, mean and just unfriendly. The buyer had issues prior to close and was threatened to have the closing canceled, we had concerns at close with papers we did not understand, walked out without a check due to the "timing of sending" the check and then was basically chewed out for not bringing the new tax bill received a day or so before close which ended up making them short on the tax payment. I have no problem paying what I owe but to be treated as badly as I was by Nicole is not called for. They do not realize who the customer is. I will never be part of a transaction with this company again. Transnation has done several closings for us in the past 2 years and all have been excellent.

Great service, friendly staff, costs seem similar or less than most other title companies. However, some mortgage companies can charge a lot more. Buyers, be sure to review your mortgage quote before you commit to your new mortgage application! You can save $$$ with the right mortgage company.

I do not recommend this title company at all. They are on the sellers side of a property purchase that we are trying to close on - on the day of closing they told us that the title wasn’t clear and that they had allowed it to close two previous times without a clear title. This shows a lack of ethics that is disturbing in a title company. Now that the appropriate paperwork has been turned in to them they are going at a snails pace in underwriting. We have now been delayed in our closing for two weeks with no end in sight. This has caused extra expenses and inconvenience that could have been avoided had they just practiced good business in the first place. Do not use this company if you have any choice in the matter.
