Hamilton Park Apartments

Hamilton parks is a nice budget friendly complex in a great area. The utilities were relatively inexpensive and there is always plenty of parking. Maintenance is always quick to respond, and management is a pleasure to work with. Only downside is that the apartments themselves are relatively old and show their years, and the condition of the units vary.

My wife and I were intending to live here but had a last second move. Even in the short time we were interacting with Nick and his team, we were impressed by their honesty, transparency, and forthright communication. The management here seemed highly competent and genuinely interested in providing a valuable service to tenants. Highly recommend.

My brother and I lived here for 2 years. It might not be perfect, but it was: 1. Affordable 2. Maintenance reacted in a timely fashion 3. The staff responded quickly to emails and was always helpful and professional 4. There was always plenty of parking 5. We never felt unsafe. Our cars were never messed with.

I called Hamilton Park home for eight years. Nick's attentiveness to his property is truly second to none. The maintenance staff is prompt, friendly, and reliable. The grounds are well maintained throughout the year. Nick has been adding improvements throughout my entire time as a resident including updated decks, new parking lot, addition of a bark park, large garages for rent, and in-unit upgrades. Use of resident portal makes payment and maintenance requests a breeze. Any questions or concerns are always addressed in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Hamilton Park Apartments or any other Wyma Properties locations. Thank you for a great experience!

So far so good. Nick, the landlord, seems level headed. The apartment was in good repair. The building was built circa 1970, or so, and shows its age; but a vast majority of the complexes in West Michigan, in this price point, seem to be older buildings. Speaking of price, it's on par with most area units but priced to accommodate working families or professionals. There's nothing luxurious or trendy about the location or the units, but that's not what work minded people really care about. It seems relatively quiet. There's a middle school next door that has kid noises throughout the day and there is a nearby train crossing that has interval horn blasts - normal burb noises.
