The Comana Company definitely makes my life easier and better! The intuitive, user-friendly interface of the personal account makes it easy to find the right section and manage all maintenance and payment tasks. I requested a repair for the kitchen faucet and was able to easily choose a convenient day and time for the appointment. The plumber contacted me in advance to discuss the details and arrived exactly on time. Everything was done quickly, organized, and professionally. The management of The Comana Company is friendly and responds quickly to all inquiries. I think this is one of the best management companies out there.

My family & I enjoyed staying at one of the apartment buildings owned by Comana Company for 5 wonderful years. It was such a beautiful experience living in a family oriented environment. I have never had an issue with this company. Upon arrival in the quaint little business on university Avenue, I felt nothing but a family vibe! They are always there to answer questions be professional, and provide top-notch customer service and support. I can’t count how many times I’ve had to call the office and was treated with respect and immediately had my questions answered or needs met. I truly value and respect all of the Comana Company employees as they treat you like family. I would highly recommend renting from this company doing business with them or perhaps even working for them. I can’t express enough how great the customer service is.
