This is, without a doubt, the worst apartment complex in Spring Hill. In 2021, the property showed promise: friendly staff, a clean gym, and a pristine saltwater pool. Within months, it nosedived. The original team—all but the manager Shannon—left, taking any sense of customer service and professionalism with them. They were replaced by an abrasive, unhelpful leasing staff. Take Christina, for example—the self-proclaimed “law school graduate” who weaponized her degree to talk down to residents. She regularly told unhappy tenants to “just move elsewhere,” smugly claiming no other complex offered better value. Another leasing agent—an older man—acted

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! WITH PICTURE PROOF!!! If I could give no stars I definitely would. I waited 2 years for this day to come! The only reason we stayed so long was because it was cheap. I mean you get what you pay for… we moved here in 2022 with documentation of no issues, with the mgr Shannon, she was nice, very helpful and had no issues. Everyone after her, went downhill BAD.. Kevin who got fired, prolly because of his terrible attitude towards everyone.. Peyton and Laura need some work to do in regards of customer service and efficient communication… not even sure if they still work here because I saw reviews that they moved over to my new complex because it’s that wonderful over where I live now and no one can stay working at columns! As residents for 5 years, we CANNOT WAIT for the day we can move out of this complex. Like many other reviews, we have stayed for so many years for the location and price. However, this place is a literal dumping ground now. If you want the following, move here: 1) constant overflowing trash compactor 2) litter everywhere in the complex 3) neighbors with children who run/stomp/play so loud that it causes your light fixtures to move 4) neighbors who smoke and leave their cigarettes everywhere and/or do drugs openly as the smell of marijuna makes our building reek 5) neighbors who junk out their balcony/patios. I signed a short term lease while my home is undergoing renovations, and I absolutely love it here so far! The move-in process was quick and seamless. Laura gave us a tour one day, and I signed and moved into my unit the very next. Upon moving in, there were just a few things that needed the maintenance team's attention, but they came in very quickly and fixed everything. Hats off to Zack, Cory, and Chris! All three were very polite and friendly. Humorous too might I add. Laura and Phillip in the front office were also a pleasure to work with. I do specifically want to shout-out Ms. Laura though. My bf purchased a 3 month lease before he moved out and bought his house. So I'm leaving this review for him. He said.. lol " cons- noisy upstairs neighbors, leasing process( have to give a 60 day notice before leaving, even for a 3mo lease) they never have him a notice, even though they said they give everyone a notice before there lease is almost up but he never received it so he didn't get the memo and therefore had to pay an extra month even through he was no longer in the apartment.
